REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications as recognized by SAQA.

DUTIES:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Open new files and number correspondence before filing.
- Operate the franking machine.
- Close files in line with applicable standards.
- Ensure the collection of mail.
- Maintain the departmental file plan.
- Monitor the movement of files.
- Ensure effective flow of information.
- Administer the registry office.
