Introduction:

Clicks Group Services is seeking to recruit a Reconciliation Clerk for their Pharmacy Debtors department. The position will report to the Pharmacy Debtors Team Leader.

Job Description:

Job Purpose:
To execute the recovery of outstanding accounts related to Private and Rebate debtors and report thereon to reduce loss of income on sales.

Job Objectives:

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of required data.
• Process billings submitted by business stakeholders.
• Follow up on outstanding payments outside normal terms.
• Reconcile transactions and records within the payment term period.
• Analyze payments and queries to identify trends/patterns.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and clean-ups as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Matric level Maths and Accountancy (desirable).
• 1-2 years’ experience in a debtors environment (essential).
• Introduction to SAP (essential).
• Experience with Unisolv, Eezy Solutions (desirable).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) essential.
