Requirements:
- Senior/Grade 12 certificate
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management with one (1) to two (2) years’ experience (added advantage)
- Valid unexpired driver’s licence
- Knowledge of the PERSAL system and proficiency in MS Office packages
- Knowledge of HR prescripts governing the public service
- Good interpersonal, customer care, and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Willingness to travel outside working hours
Duties:
- Render HR administrative functions
- Administer recruitment and selection, HR transactions, performance management and development system, information management (establishment), IOD, incapacity pension administration
- Type and draft letters, memoranda, and submissions
- Provide professional advice to line functions on the interpretation and implementation of departmental HRM policies and related prescripts
- Handle all HRM administration functions
- Compile daily statistics and update databases

- One (1) to three (3) years’ administration experience, preferably in a technical environment (added advantage)
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and relevant public service administration
- Proof of computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and organizing skills
- Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and in a team

Duties:
- Arrange, circulate notices of, and take minutes of technical meetings
- Assist in typing and compiling required technical reports
- Assist in compiling and tracking Maintenance Plans (both Opex and Capex funded)
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for technical support personnel
- Complete procurement documentation for equipment, furniture, and other items for Technical Support personnel
- Prepare, update, and archive files/documents
- Perform other tasks related to the Technical Support Section as required
