REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 certificate or equivalent).
2. Knowledge and Skills:
   • Basic job knowledge.
   • Communication skills, both verbal and written.
   • Interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in teams.
   • Planning and organizational abilities.
   • Basic computer literacy.

DUTIES:

• Perform routine activities related to road maintenance and construction, including:
  • Construction of culverts and side drains.
  • Erecting and maintaining steel guardrails and gabions.
  • Earth and layer work for road construction.
  • Cleaning and maintaining roads, sidewalks, and rest areas.
  • Surfacing roads and patching potholes.
  • Installing road markings, distance markers, and barricades.
  • Clearing vegetation, grass cutting, and more.
