Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate at Side Step, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer’s experience is engaging and positive. You will play a crucial role in achieving our store’s sales targets while maintaining our reputation for style and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide accurate product information and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking merchandise.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards and cleanliness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction and sales.
Requirements
- Educational Level: Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Personality Traits: Friendly, approachable, and a genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, and a knack for sales.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
