Position: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Various Locations Across South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Side Step, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer’s experience is engaging and positive. You will play a crucial role in achieving our store’s sales targets while maintaining our reputation for style and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Provide accurate product information and styling advice.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking merchandise.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards and cleanliness.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction and sales.

Requirements

• Educational Level: Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Personality Traits: Friendly, approachable, and a genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, and a knack for sales.
• Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
