The State Information Technology Agency (SITA) is looking to fill two Service Desk Agent positions at their Centurion location. These are 12-month fixed-term contracts offering a salary range of R 210,449 to R 315,673.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and categorize IT incidents and service requests.
- Provide first-line support to resolve issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12) with A+ or N+ certification.
- 6 months of IT Service Desk experience or 12 months of administrative experience.
