ABOUT THE ROLE
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is hiring a Handyman responsible for performing both planned and reactive maintenance across various building systems. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general infrastructure upkeep. The role ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and meet Tsebo’s operational standards.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance & Repairs

Perform repairs on lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.

Fix and maintain doors, fixtures, fittings, and building infrastructure.

Inspect buildings regularly to identify faults and safety risks.
Operations & Reporting

Record inspections and maintenance findings.

Complete job cards, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in good condition.
Support & Compliance

Assist and coordinate with subcontractors when necessary.

Ensure all work follows Tsebo’s safety protocols and compliance standards.

Respond quickly to client requests and escalate issues when needed.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Efficient, reliable, and able to work under minimum supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Matric required (NQF Level 4 technical qualification is advantageous).

2–5 years experience in maintenance, handyman work, or facilities management.

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools.

Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
