• Stock Assistance: Ensure product availability, and support sales with well-stocked displays.
• Merchandising Standards: Maintain a visually appealing, organized sales floor.
• Sales Reporting: Communicate daily activities and sales insights to management.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and share product details to assist customers.
• Customer Outreach: Identify and contact prospective customers, generating leads for new and returning sales.
