Job Requirements
To qualify for the General Worker/Groundsman role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: ABET (basic literacy skills; ability to read and write).

Key Responsibilities
As a General Worker/Groundsman, you will:

Clean Facilities: Dust, wax, sweep, scrub, and mop floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets; clean walls, windows, doors, and boardrooms; empty and wash bins.

Maintain Restrooms and Kitchens: Refill soap, replace toilet paper and towels, clean basins, and manage kitchen utensil stock.

Grounds Maintenance: Water gardens, mow grass, prune trees, remove weeds, clean gutters, and apply insecticides or fertilizers.

General Support: Load/unload furniture and equipment, clean government vehicles, prepare venues, and raise/lower the SA flag.

Equipment and Stock Management: Maintain cleaning and gardening tools, report faults, perform minor repairs, and manage stock registers.

Office Support: Refresh water coolers, water indoor plants, and ensure a tidy workspace.
