Requirements:
Minimum Grade 10 qualification.
Should be able to read and write.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Should be prepared to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Food service-related courses will be an added advantage.
Duties:
- Perform routine tasks and operate machinery.
- All tasks related to the preparation, cooking, and serving of food and cleaning on a rotation basis.
- Be able to do food provisioning.
- Pack supplies received.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Washing of cutlery/crockery.
- Apply hygienic measures in the food service unit.
- Execute any other relevant tasks upon instruction by the supervisor and when necessary.
