Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: Junior Certificate (Grade 10) or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant driving or related experience.

License: Valid Code B (or higher) driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).

Recommendation: Experience in client relations is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
As a Driver with Secondary Functions, you will:

Transport Documents and Mail: Collect mail bags from the Post Office and documents from departmental offices, using a vehicle or on foot.

Sort and Distribute Mail: Organize and deliver internal mail to all Department offices efficiently.

Franking and Posting: Process outgoing mail for posting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Vehicle Management: Request and inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

Records Management Support: Assist with filing, archiving, and other physical records management tasks as needed.
