- Sale of Schedule 1 Medicines
- Managing and selling Schedule 1 medicines in line with regulations.
- Call Centre Assistance
- Assisting with patient service calls and scripts.
- Health Promotion
- Offering health and wellness information to customers.
- Scheme Authorization
- Supporting scheme authorization for chronic, HIV/AIDS, and oncology medication.
- Stock Management
- Reporting low stock levels and discrepancies; receiving stock as per SOPs.
- Merchandising and Cleaning
- Managing dispensary and OTC shelf stocking and cleaning.
- Medication Handling
- Picking, packing, labeling, and checking medication with accuracy.
- Pharmacist Support
- Ensuring all medication is verified by a pharmacist.
- Patient Follow-Up
- Following up on script tracking reports and appointments.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet the following:
- Educational Qualifications:
