Requirements:
- Must possess a Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent) or a three-year tertiary qualification.
- Relevant work experience in administration.
- Familiarity with the Housing Act and the management of population registers/waiting lists.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties Include:
- Checking applicant eligibility and capturing applications on the Housing Subsidy System.
- Handling subsidy-related queries.
- Calculating outstanding balances and drafting letters of approval.
- Maintaining effective communication with the archive register.
