Job Description: What Does a Controller Do?

As a Controller at Fidelity Services Group, you will play a critical role in managing fleet operations and ensuring the seamless execution of Cash-in-Transit (CIT) schedules at our Cleveland Branch. This role involves monitoring, coordination, and administrative tasks to maintain security, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management: Prepare for fleet departures and maintain constant communication with drivers.
Schedule Monitoring: Oversee CIT schedules, ensuring all client schedules are collected daily.
Tracking Control: Collect hourly data from drivers and issue OTC codes to support secure operations.
CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV feeds to ensure security and compliance with access control protocols.
Administration: Maintain accurate documentation and perform administrative duties to support operations.
Client Liaison: Handle basic client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Security Compliance: Uphold security and access control standards to protect sensitive operations.

Requirements: Is This Role Right for You?
