Clover SA is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for 6 enthusiastic Merchandisers to become part of our vibrant Sales team at the Clayville branch. This role is pivotal in servicing specific stores by maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing returns and claims, and ensuring our products are displayed attractively and effectively to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Fluent in Business English
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply correct stock control measures in-store and in back-up where Clover stock is handled.
- Control, minimize, and write up returns according to the store work plan.
- Prevent out-of-stock situations and report to Area Manager (AM) if they occur.
- Place accurate and timely orders according to the ordering tempo.
- Ensure products on the shelf are clean and neatly presented at all times.
- Maintain proper crate and equipment control at the store according to company policy.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with store management, AM, HO, customers, and fellow Merchandisers.
- Ensure shelves are stocked according to Store Flow and basic merchandising rules as indicated by the AM.
- Maintain the fridge in good condition at all times.
- Implement the indicated shelf set according to provided plannograms or generic shelf sets.
- Ensure each product has a PI label at all times.
- Display point-of-sale material in allocated positions and maintain its condition.
- Handle relevant administration duties.
- Seize all opportunities in-store to enhance the presence of Clover products on the shelf.
