Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education: Grade 12 or Senior Certificate.

Knowledge:

Understanding of the Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations.

Familiarity with the Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act.

Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA).

Awareness of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Familiarity with Department of Labour and UIF policies, procedures, and Batho Pele Principles.

Proficiency in computer literacy and operational systems.

Ability to interpret UIF legislation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Officer, you will:
