About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaner at Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions, your main duty will be to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in accordance with site-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will play an important role in ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, to the highest standard, and within the required timeframe.
Your daily tasks will include:

Identifying and completing cleaning opportunities beyond set schedules when required.

Performing cleaning duties in offices, wards, and public areas as directed by your line manager.

Following established Tsebo hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Completing all assigned cleaning duties within the specified timeframe.

Maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members, ensuring professionalism and respect.

Assisting in the maintenance and safe operation of cleaning equipment.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 / Grade 11 (or equivalent qualification).

Previous experience as a Cleaner will be advantageous, though training is provided for candidates who are eager to learn.

Basic knowledge of cleaning products, materials, and procedures.

Experience in operating cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machines) and maintaining cleaning tools will be an added advantage.
