Requirements:
- A Grade 10 certificate or its equivalent is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in road maintenance or construction.
- A valid, unendorsed driving license (Code EC1/EC) along with a Professional Driver’s Permit (PDP).
- Demonstrable knowledge of road maintenance and construction processes.
- Proven supervisory skills.
Duties Include:
- Supervising the maintenance and construction of roads.
- Conducting work inspections and training workers.
- Planning and overseeing maintenance and construction tasks.
- Repairing and maintaining equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
