Job Responsibilities

As an Administration Clerk, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of court and office functions. Key duties include:

  • Clerical Support: Manage records, file documents, and assist with general office tasks.

  • Supply Chain Support: Handle procurement, inventory, and logistical tasks within the component.

  • Personnel Administration: Support HR processes, including leave management and employee records.

  • Financial Administration: Assist with budgeting, payments, and financial record-keeping.

  • General Administrative Duties: Perform various tasks to support court operations and ensure efficiency.

Requirements

To qualify for the Administration Clerk role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.

  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., MS Office).

    • Strong planning and organizational abilities.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
