Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to security and merchandise display standards.
Perform regular quality checks, stock rotation, and removal of damaged/expired stock.
Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages.
Verify accurate pricing and label updates.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Assist in planning and implementing sales promotions.
Provide customer assistance and product information.
Monitor budgets and profitability, and take necessary actions.
Manage stock levels and optimize ordering processes.
Supervise and manage employees to maintain performance standards.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

Required Competencies:

Contract & Remuneration:
