Position: Retail Sales Associate

Location: Various Locations Across South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Side Step, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer’s experience is engaging and positive. You will play a crucial role in achieving our store’s sales targets while maintaining our reputation for style and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Provide accurate product information and styling advice.
Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
Assist in managing inventory and restocking merchandise.
Maintain the store’s visual standards and cleanliness.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer satisfaction and sales.

Requirements

Educational Level: Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
Personality Traits: Friendly, approachable, and a genuine passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, and a knack for sales.
Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
