Role Description:

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing individualized fitness programs and offering fitness instruction, coaching, and nutritional guidance. The role includes monitoring client progress, building a loyal client base, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients during their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement safe, personalized exercise programs.
Provide excellent customer service to personal training clients and club members.
Build and maintain a strong client base by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
Maintain accurate client records.
Respond to emergencies and ensure client safety.
Contribute to creating a fun and motivational atmosphere within the club.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
Recognized Personal Training qualification.
1-2 years of personal training experience.
Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Self-motivated to meet income targets and disciplined in managing a client base.
