Job Details

  • Job Title: Intern: HR Administrator
  • Duration: Twelve (12) Months Fixed Term Contract
  • Reporting To: Provincial Manager
  • Job Grade: Internship Stipend
  • CTC: R 84,000.00 p/a
  • Number of Incumbents: 1
  • Division: Enterprise Development Division
  • Location: Gauteng – Provincial Office

Main Purpose of the Job

To provide effective and accurate administrative and coordination services with respect to HR Administration, Benefits, and Payroll within the HR Operations Unit.

Key Performance Areas

  • HR Administration Support: Provide administrative support for HR Administration, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate HR Operations Unit events and committees.
  • Procurement Administration: Administer third-party procurement and payment processes.
  • Filing and Record Management: Maintain an accurate HR Operations filing and record management system.

Required Minimum Education

  • Matric (NQF Level 4)
  • Three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, or Social Science

Required Work Experience

  • Not applicable – work experience exposure program
