Main Responsibilities

As a Process Engineering Intern, you will contribute to Unilever’s World Class Manufacturing standards by focusing on various critical areas:

Learning and Development:

• Training and Assessments: Attend training sessions, complete assessments, and finalize projects while maintaining a logbook and delivering presentations.
• Focused and Quality Improvement: Utilize various improvement methods to address operational losses in Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Customer Service, and Logistics.

Practical Experience:

• Daily Interactions: Work with line crews to enhance production processes, provide technical training, and establish effective countermeasures for identified issues.
• Process Validation: Validate and establish revised operational conditions on production lines to eliminate losses and waste.

Compliance and Safety:

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to SOPs and site rules to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

To qualify for this internship, you must have:

• Educational Qualification: A completed degree or National Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
