Minimum Requirements

Educational Background

Currently pursuing a qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, such as:
- Autotronics
- Auto Electrical
- Electrical Engineering N3 (Light Current)
Must provide a formal letter from a TVET College or University confirming that workplace exposure is required to complete the qualification.

Employment Status

Must be unemployed with no prior formal work experience.
Should not have participated in any prior technical training or related learnerships.

Skills and Attributes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with a sense of responsibility.
Independent thinker with sound logical reasoning abilities.
