Key Responsibilities

Daily Store Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective running of the store.
Turnover Growth: Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Stock Loss Control: Minimize shrinkage in line with company objectives.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer needs promptly.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store maintains its visual appeal to attract customers.
Expense Management: Monitor and control store expenses.
Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Audits and Checks: Conduct hanger counts, service desk spot checks, and fitting room inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
Proven track record of managing a successful fashion retail store.
