Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, perform regulatory checks (FICA, POPI, NCR), and provide services like account origination and query handling.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by acquiring and servicing customers, promoting digital channels, and ensuring customer retention.
- Compliance: Operate within FAIS guidelines, Treat Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and internal risk protocols.
- Process Optimization: Optimize customer interactions to encourage digital transactions and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a team, adhering to operational guidelines and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: NQF Level 4 Qualification
- Preferred: NQF Level 5 Qualification (as per Financial Services Board)
- Other: Regulatory Exam Qualification and business diploma or higher certificate at NQF level 6
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar sales and service role
- FAIS: Required
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
