Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Exceed customer expectations through effective selling techniques.
Adhere to stock loss controls within the store.
Consistently meet individual sales targets.
Maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
Create an inspiring and enjoyable shopping environment.
Process all transactions, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and loyalty cards.
Ensure all outgoing stock/items/scripts are scanned and paid for.
Establish professional relationships with customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance and advice.
Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
Handle customer stock queries and ensure timely resolution.
