Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer expectations through effective selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss controls within the store.
- Consistently meet individual sales targets.
- Maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
- Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
- Create an inspiring and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Process all transactions, including cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and loyalty cards.
- Ensure all outgoing stock/items/scripts are scanned and paid for.
- Establish professional relationships with customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance and advice.
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
- Handle customer stock queries and ensure timely resolution.

Special Conditions of Employment:
