Position: Reconciliation Clerk – Pharmacy Debtors

Introduction:

Clicks Group Services is seeking to recruit a Reconciliation Clerk for their Pharmacy Debtors department. The position will report to the Pharmacy Debtors Team Leader.

Job Description:

Job Purpose:
To execute the recovery of outstanding accounts related to Private and Rebate debtors and report thereon to reduce loss of income on sales.

Job Objectives:

Ensure timely and accurate receipt of required data.
Process billings submitted by business stakeholders.
Follow up on outstanding payments outside normal terms.
Reconcile transactions and records within the payment term period.
Analyze payments and queries to identify trends/patterns.
Assist with ad hoc projects and clean-ups as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Matric (Grade 12) essential.
Matric level Maths and Accountancy (desirable).
1-2 years’ experience in a debtors environment (essential).
Introduction to SAP (essential).
Experience with Unisolv, Eezy Solutions (desirable).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) essential.
