Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
Transportation Services:
Providing secure transportation services, including transporting merchandise and machinery between departmental locations.
Messenger Duties:
Acting as a messenger for documents and other supplies between the Circuit office and other establishments.
Office Support:
Assisting with copying and other office support services as required.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Identifying and addressing mechanical issues with vehicles promptly.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Transportation Services: Ensure safe transportation of items between various departmental locations.
Messenger Duties: Deliver important documents and supplies punctually.
Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect vehicles for mechanical problems and take prompt action to have them repaired.
