Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

Key Responsibilities
Call Management: Receive incoming and outgoing calls, and transfer calls to the relevant extensions.
Query Handling: Administer requisition forms and respond to queries.
Message Management: Take messages and refer them to the relevant person.
