Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12;
• 2 – 3 jaar ervaring in stooromgewing;
• Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Administrasie;
• Voorraadbestuur;
• Bemarking;
• Natuurlike vermoë om in kompeterende landbou omgewing suksesvol te funksioneer;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office).

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Toesighouding oor stoorpersoneel;
• Bevorder markaandeel;
• Beheer diefstal en voorraad;
• Byhou van administrasie;
• Bestuur van bates.

The main purpose of the position:

Correct control of stock, supervision of store staff, and delivery of prompt and good customer service.

Minimum Requirements:         

• Grade 12;
• 2 – 3 years experience in store environment;
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Natural ability to successfully function in a competitive agricultural environment;
• Administration;
• Inventory management;
• Marketing;
• Computer literate (MS Office).

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of store staff;
• Promote market share;
• Control theft and inventory;
• Maintaining administration;
• Asset management.
