HR CLERK: HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES REF NO: LDARD 26/5/2024 (X1 POST)

SALARY: R216 417 per annum (Level 05)
CENTRE: Waterberg District Office

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in the PERSAL System.
  • Understanding of Human Resource policies and legislation.
  • Report writing abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

DUTIES:

• Provide human resources provisioning and utilization services.
• Recruit personnel and handle placements.
• Facilitate transfers and translations.
• Offer clerical support services in personnel administration within the component.
• Implement conditions of services including leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, and termination of service.
• Manage performance management processes.
