Requirements

Qualification: NQF Level 5 or DHA Qualification in Home Affairs Services at NQF Level 5 (SAQA recognized).
Skills:
- Client orientation and customer focus
- Administration and clerical skills
- Problem-solving, analytical, and financial administration skills
- Computer literacy and good communication (verbal & written)
Driver’s license: Advantageous
Knowledge:
- Public Service Regulatory Framework, Departmental legislation, Batho Pele principles

Key Responsibilities

Provide birth and death registration services.
Verify documents and capture applications on the National Population Register.
Maintain registers for birth and foreign birth occurrences.
Ensure safekeeping of assets and official documents.
Report risks and ensure governance compliance.
Deliver prompt and professional customer service.
