Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels. Interact professionally with customers, adhering to FNB’s high standards. Query Resolution: Swiftly resolve customer queries within agreed timelines. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to achieve service targets. Cost Management and Revenue Recovery: Contribute to growth and profitability by managing costs and recovering revenue. Enhance cost efficiencies to meet financial targets. Service Delivery: Provide exceptional service through proactive and innovative solutions. Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external partners. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties. Understand customer needs and expectations thoroughly. Efficient Processing: Process customer requests efficiently and effectively. Offer efficient administrative services and update relevant information systems. Strategic Execution: Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects. Implement performance measures and control systems to track progress. Compliance and Governance: Adhere to legislative and audit requirements. Ensure all operational tasks are completed in alignment with SLAs and documented processes. Qualifications and Skills: Understanding of the evolving banking environment, particularly in Mortgage Lending. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Capability to manage costs and drive revenue recovery. Proficiency in administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to translate strategies into actionable goals and execute projects effectively.
