Job Description

As a Petrol Attendant at Engen, you will be the station’s front-line representative, assisting customers with refueling and offering additional services to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in refueling their vehicles.
Offer extra services like oil checks, tire pressure checks, and windscreen cleaning.
Handle fuel and product payments using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and safe forecourt for customers and staff.
Restock shelves and keep products well displayed.
Follow health and safety guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 10 (No matric required).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Advantage (But Not Required):

Prior experience in a similar role.
Experience handling cash or operating point-of-sale systems.
