Location: Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government

Requirements:

• A Grade 10 certificate or its equivalent is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in road maintenance or construction.
• A valid, unendorsed driving license (Code EC1/EC) along with a Professional Driver’s Permit (PDP).
• Demonstrable knowledge of road maintenance and construction processes.
• Proven supervisory skills.

Duties Include:

• Supervising the maintenance and construction of roads.
• Conducting work inspections and training workers.
• Planning and overseeing maintenance and construction tasks.
• Repairing and maintaining equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
