Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Intern at CAPRISA, your daily responsibilities will include:

File Review: Conducting daily reviews of participant files and electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) to ensure completeness and correctness of participant details.
Document Management: Ensuring all required source documents are accurately completed and filed in the participant file daily.
Quality Assurance: Performing quality assurance checks for completed study visits and eCRFs.
Data Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and procedures.
Error Reporting: Generating daily error reports regarding errors from previous data submissions.
Report Compilation: Compiling Quality Control (QC) reports.
Query Management: Closing off queries on Redcap for all addressed queries and identifying trends in queries to address and monitor these trends.
