Purpose Statement:

To provide telephonic support and chat support via Glia to clients across the Business Bank product range, ensuring timely and efficient service while adhering to company policies, processes, and procedures.

Experience:

Minimum: 1 year of service call centre experience.
Ideal: Experience in a banking environment, conflict management, basic technology understanding, and familiarity with telephonic and online communication tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Ideal: FAIS accredited as Key Individual and approved by FSCA.

Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum: Knowledge of client service principles and practices, ability to share information clearly, strong enunciation and pronunciation.
Ideal: Knowledge of the banking environment, conflict management, and basic technology.
Skills: Communication, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), interpersonal and relationship management, attention to detail, analytical skills.

Conditions of Employment:

Clear criminal and credit record.
Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, or rotational standbys.
