Job Description

A Call Centre Agent at Pedros is responsible for managing incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about the restaurant, menu, services, and policies. The primary goal is to correctly take down and submit orders to the stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

Understanding the Menu: Have a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including making recommendations.
Order Management: Take orders over the phone for delivery and collection, accurately recording the customer’s choices and any special instructions, and coordinating with the store.
Order Modifications: Assist customers with modifying existing orders and making special requests, communicating these changes to the stores.
Up-Selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional menu items, beverages, or services to enhance the customer’s dining experience and increase sales revenue.

Requirements

Must have a Matric.
Must be computer literate and have good phone etiquette.
Must have good written and verbal skills.
Experience in inbound calls.
Experience in a call centre environment or similar role.
